The LifePath Board of Directors is thrilled to welcome Holly Cargill-Cramer as the new Executive Director of LifePath. After a four-month-long search with over 80 potential candidates, Holly was hired and officially began her role at the end of January 2021, succeeding Monika Boeckmann’s retirement.

Holly brings over 25 years of nonprofit leadership and professional communication experience with an extensive background in; relationship building, modernization approaches, passion for contemporary technologies and software, marketing strategy, and fundraising and program accomplishments. Her leadership experience derives from organizations such as; the Alzheimer’s Association, SUNY Cobleskill, the Association Development Group, and the Tech Valley Center of Gravity, where she’s gained a proven track record of writing grants and effectively communicating with community leaders, reporters, and government officials.

Get to know Holly!

Holly began her career working as a WordPress Specialist at the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she learned WordPress software’s novelty. It was here that she discovered her passion for new media communication technologies and has continued to transfer advanced marketing and communication skills toward her passion for working in the non-profit industry.

After completing her BA in Communication Arts accredited from The College of Saint Rose while at the same time gaining hands-on experience as an Executive Secretary, Holly became a credible, invaluable candidate as a Director and Executive Director for different industry sectors. She has applied various expertise in areas such as public relations, volunteer services, public communications, and public affairs. Her professional communication passion has been channeled through media, public, and community relations across New York State with an eye for critical projects, collaboration, and grass-roots advocacy.

A couple of Holly’s impressive accomplishments include (1) an award-winning program that she established and implemented for non-traditional volunteers and (2) she’s received a Gold Circle Certificate for Excellence from the American Society of Association Executives!

Ms. Cargill-Cramer has outstanding leadership qualities, and has clearly demonstrated an ability to create an empowering and motivating environment among staff and community members. She is committed to effective communication and advocacy work, making Holly a perfect leader and addition to the LifePath family.
